Mechanical Assembler - 2nd Shift

Pay Range: $18-22
Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, circuit boards, panels, drawers, frames. Works from schematic diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools. Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed. May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications. May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions. This position will require long periods of sitting and the ability to do the same type of work repeatedly.
-Candidates must be mechanically inclined
-Candidates must be able to use hand tools
-Candidates must be able to read prints, schematic diagrams and drawings
-HM would prefer candidates with A&P mechanics and/or A&P students
